Terms of use
The short version
- These pages are for information. A quote request is not an order; any deal needs a separate written agreement.
- Designs and renders in the studio are concept only, not production artwork.
- The Shabot Labs name, logo, text and images belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Please don't copy them without permission.
- Please use the quote form honestly and don't try to break the pages.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Shabot Labs Can Studio and sample page at pages.aiomnihub.com/shabotlabs/ (the Can Studio and the sample guest page) ("the page"), run by Shabot Labs LLC ("Shabot Labs", "we", "us"). By using the page you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the page. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal information.
2. The page is for information
The Can Studio shows what a Shabot Labs can could look like and how to ask for a quote. It is for information and planning only. Details can change without notice, and some are still being confirmed. Nothing on these pages is an offer you can accept, a price list, or a promise of a particular result.
The sample guest page shows a made-up hotel. Nothing on it can be booked or used.
3. Quote requests
Sending your design and the quote form is a request for a quote. It is not an order, and it doesn't oblige you or us to anything. We aim to reply with a quote, but we may decline any request. A quote is binding only once it is confirmed in writing, and an order exists only under a separate written agreement that sets out prices, quantities, timing and delivery.
Please give accurate details, and only your own or details you are allowed to share.
4. Concept only, not production artwork
The can in the studio is a real-time 3D model, the venue images are AI concept renders, and the sizes are nominal. Colors on screen differ from print. Your design, the images and the files you download show an idea. They are not production artwork and not a guaranteed result. Production artwork is prepared and approved separately, as part of an order.
Your content
You keep all rights to the names, text, logos and web addresses you put into your design. By using them you confirm you are allowed to, and that they don't break the law or anyone else's rights. If you send us your design, you allow us to use it to prepare a quote and discuss it with you.
Downloads
You may use the images and 3D files you download to plan and discuss your own order. The studio itself, the can model, the patterns and the page design remain ours.
5. Our content
The Shabot Labs name and logo, and the text, images, design and code of the page, belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Other companies' names and marks belong to their owners. You may view the page and share links to it. Please don't copy, republish or use our names, logos or images without our written permission.
6. Using the page fairly
Please don't:
- use the quote form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful;
- send someone else's details without their permission, or pretend to be someone else;
- put anything unlawful, hateful or infringing into a design, or point the QR code at a harmful or misleading site;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the page or the limits on the quote form;
- copy the page in bulk with automated tools.
7. Links to other websites
The pages link to other websites. One of them, shabotlabs.com, is Shabot Labs' own website and is not covered by these terms. Others, such as the address your QR code opens, may be run by you or by other companies. We aren't responsible for websites we don't run. Any terms or policies those sites publish apply instead of these.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep the page accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date.
9. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on the page's content, by other websites linked from it, or by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. The courts there decide any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
